Duties & Responsibilities

1. Implement research and development projects and Institutional initiatives related to textile product characterization and development
2. Draft and submit technical papers, industrial designs, reports, and communications in emerging technologies related to textile materials and product innovation
3. Assist student-researchers in conducting activities related to textile materials and product innovation
4. Maintain and update repositories of textile materials and knowledge on recent R&D and innovations related to textile materials and product innovation
5. Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress/ accomplishment reports
6. Attend all project meetings and discussions as scheduled
7. Keep and update a documented file of raw and processed data related to the assigned Project, including administrative documents e.g. travel reports, communications, and correspondences
8. Maintain the upkeep of the assigned office and/or laboratory facility
9. Other tasks and assignments aligned to the field of expertise, and skills which may be assigned
