Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Render all S&T service requests related to the function of the unit/section;
  2. Prepare and publish semi-technical articles;
  3. Render technical consultancy and information services related to the function of the unit/section;
  4. Manage controlled and unregulated chemicals and waste of the unit/section;
  5. Plan and lead the implementation of activities under the Institute's regional initiatives;
  6. Maintain documents and records of the unit/section relative to the implementation of the laboratory quality management system;
  7. Provide S&T related training to intended beneficiaries through regional/in-house/virtual platform;
  8. Act as subject matter expert on textile raw materials, products, processes, and textile quality control; and
  9. Perform other related activities.

  6. Performance Evaluation Rating in the last 2 rating periods or its equivalent, (if any);
  7. Photocopy of Training Certificates;
  8. NBI Clearance (if not available, submit the online booking slip if recommended to the position);
  9. Medical Certificate (if applicant is recommended to the position).
