Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Prepare daily monitoring and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) and Notices to Proceed (NTPs);
  2. Prepare notices/reminders for the timely delivery of goods and services;
  3. Organize meetings in preparing initial documentation required for addressing late deliveries and cancellation of contracts;
  4. Coordinate procurement issues, including preparation of documentation and coordinating action for late deliveries and cancellation of contracts for goods/items and services;
  5. Maintain and update centralized log and tracking system for all active POs, NTPs, and supplier communications;
  6. Coordinate with suppliers, procurement officer, and end-users to resolve PO/NTP-related discrepancies and delivery challenges;
  7. Workstation are upkept and maintained in compliance with ISO 9001:2015; and
  8. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements

  4. Authenticated/certified true copy of eligibility/ratings/license;
  5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records & Diploma;
  6. Performance Evaluation Rating in the last 2 rating periods or its equivalent, (if any);
  7. Photocopy of Training Certificates;
  8. NBI Clearance (if not available, submit the online booking slip if recommended to the position);
  9. Medical Certificate (if applicant is recommended to the position).
