Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain the social media calendar for DOST-PTRI from January to June, ensuring timely scheduling, with no more than two revisions per quarter.;
  2. Create and publish IEC materials, write-ups, and social media content, including at least 120 posts, ensuring quality with no more than two revisions per content item by the end of June.;
  3. Maintain and monitor three DOST-PTRI social media accounts, addressing inquiries and complaints to ensure no more than two complaints by the end of June.;
  4. Develop and publish social media posts highlighting textile R&D projects, achieving at least 20 targeted posts by the end of June, with no more than two revisions per post.;
  5. Drive audience engagement and growth, targeting a minimum 4% increase in total followers across all social media accounts by the end of June, while ensuring proper handling of feedback and complaints.;
  6. Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly social media performance reports.
  7. Attend all project meetings and discussions as scheduled;
  8. Facilitate tours and media engagements;
  9. Handle inquiries and customer service;
  10. Maintain the upkeep of the assigned office facility;
  11. Other tasks and assignments aligned to the field of expertise and skills which may be assigned from time to time.

  7. Photocopy of Training Certificates;
  8. NBI Clearance (if not available, submit the online booking slip if recommended to the position);
  9. Medical Certificate (if applicant is recommended to the position).
