Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assist in implementing textile advocacy programs and campaigns that promote DOST-PTRI technologies, innovations, and services to industry, LGUs, academe, and community stakeholders.;
  2. Support coordination and engagement with partners and stakeholders, including weavers, designers, MSMEs, LGUs, and industry groups, for advocacy activities, events, and consultations.;
  3. Help prepare advocacy and information materials, such as briefs, talking points, presentations, and basic IEC content, based on approved messaging and technical inputs.;
  4. Provide on-site support during advocacy events, including forums, exhibits, trainings, and outreach activities, ensuring orderly execution and participant assistance.;
  5. Document advocacy activities and engagements, including attendance, photos, summaries, and feedback, for reporting and institutional records.;
  6. Assist in monitoring and reporting advocacy outputs, including preparation of monthly and quarterly accomplishment reports and support to performance tracking of advocacy initiatives.
  7. Attend all project meetings and discussions as scheduled;
  8. Maintain updated advocacy tracker ;
  9. Keep and update a documented file of raw and processed data related to the assigned Project, including administrative documents e.g. travel reports, communications, and correspondences;
  10. Other tasks and assignments aligned to the field of expertise and skills which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements

  4. Authenticated/certified true copy of eligibility/ratings/license;
  5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records & Diploma;
  6. Performance Evaluation Rating in the last 2 rating periods or its equivalent, (if any);
  7. Photocopy of Training Certificates;
  8. NBI Clearance (if not available, submit the online booking slip if recommended to the position);
  9. Medical Certificate (if applicant is recommended to the position).
