Duties & Responsibilities

1. Draft written materials such as press releases, feature articles, scripts, speeches, and reports for approval and publication in popular media and official platforms.;
2. Write and publish e-newsletters for dissemination through social media and digital channels to support information and advocacy initiatives;
3. Complete visual treatments by developing and finalizing visual elements that support communication materials and campaigns
4. Publish feature articles on DOST-PTRI technologies in popular media
5. Prepare monthly and quarterly media and IEC reports summarizing communication outputs, media coverage, and related activities
6. Attend all project meetings and discussions as scheduled;
7. Maintain updated press releases tracker;
8. Maintain the upkeep of the assigned office and/or laboratory facility; and
9. Other tasks and assignments aligned to the field of expertise and skills which may be assigned from time to time.

6. Performance Evaluation Rating for the last 2 rating periods or its equivalent (if any)
7. Photocopy of Training Certificates
8. NBI Clearance (or online booking slip, if recommended to the position)
9. Medical Certificate (if recommended to the position)
