Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Conceptualize and design IEC materials that clearly communicate key messages and support the promotional goals of DOST-PTRI projects and activities;
  2. Create illustrations, infographics, and icons that present information in a clear, engaging, and visually consistent manner;
  3. Design clean and cohesive layouts for magazines, reports, and newsletters for both print and digital use;
  4. Improve presentation layouts to strengthen visual clarity, engagement, and overall storytelling;
  5. Develop creative branding guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across DOST-PTRI events and textile R&D projects
  6. Attend all project meetings and discussions as scheduled;
  7. Maintain updated digital asset library ;
  8. Maintain the upkeep of the assigned office and/or laboratory facility; and
  9. Other tasks and assignments aligned to the field of expertise and skills which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements

  2. Comprehensive Resume;
  3. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph with recent picture 2 pcs. passport size with signature over handwritten name;
  4. Authenticated/certified true copy of eligibility/ratings/license;
  5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records & Diploma;
  6. Performance Evaluation Rating in the last 2 rating periods or its equivalent, (if any);
  7. Photocopy of Training Certificates;
  8. NBI Clearance (if not available, submit the online booking slip if recommended to the position);
  9. Medical Certificate (if applicant is recommended to the position).
