Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Update and maintain the Daily Report on e-Collections and Deposits (Annex F) and the Report of Daily Collection Directly Deposited to the Agency’s Bank Account (Annex G) for daily submission to the accounting section and Monthly List of Orders of Payment Prepared and Collected, submitted on or before the 10th day of the ensuring month.
  2. Prepare and update daily log of all pertinent documents, including the stamping of paid transactions and verification of the completeness of attachments.
  3. Assess the completeness and accuracy of all supporting attachments to the Disbursement Voucher under GIA and GAA projects in accordance with the cashier’s documentation requirements.
  4. Inform and notify suppliers regarding the status of their unclaimed checks and validated LDDAP-ADA under GIA and GAA projects through email and phone call.
  5. Prepare and print LDDAP-ADA transmittals under the GIA and GAA projects for daily submission to the Land Bank of the Philippines, ensuring compliance with banking and audit requirements.
  6. Organize and attach Advice of Checks Issued and Cancelled to specific disbursement vouchers for transmittal to the accounting section.
  7. Assigned areas are upkept and maintained weekly.
  8. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
  9. Follow-up suppliers through email regarding unsubmitted invoices and collection receipts under the GIA and GAA projects to support audit compliance and complete financial documentation.
  10. Establish and maintain systematic filing and safekeeping of cashier documents to support audit and management review.
Requirements

  4. Authenticated/certified true copy of eligibility/ratings/license;
  5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records & Diploma;
  6. Performance Evaluation Rating in the last 2 rating periods or its equivalent, (if any);
  7. Photocopy of Training Certificates;
  8. NBI Clearance (if not available, submit the online booking slip if recommended to the position);
  9. Medical Certificate (if applicant is recommended to the position).
