Duties & Responsibilities

1. All raw materials (3077 kg) processed on the Ring Frame Machine by the end of the quarter, with no more than two (2) complaints.
2. Facilitate preventive maintenance reports of Ring FrameMachine by the end of the quarter, with no more than two (2) complaints.
3. Facilitate submission of weekly production reports of Ring FrameMachine with no more than two (2) complaints.
4. Conduct weekly 5s activity to upkept and clean the Ring Frame machine area with no more than 2 complaints.
5. Attend the weekly flag-raising ceremonies every Monday no later than 08:00 AM, with no more than 2 complaints.
6. Attend the weekly flag-lowering ceremonies every Friday no later than 3:45 PM, with no more than 2 complaints.
7. Compliant to perform other related activities relevant to the project by the end of the quarter with no more than 2 complaints.
8. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

7. Photocopy of Training Certificates
8. NBI Clearance (or online booking slip, if recommended to the position)
9. Medical Certificate (if recommended to the position)
