Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities
All raw materials (1644 kg) processed on the Blowroom Machine by the end of the quarter, with no more than two (2) complaints.
Facilitate preventive maintenance reports of Blow room Machine by the end of the quarter, with no more than two (2) complaints
Facilitate submission of weekly production reports of Blowroom Machine with no more than two (2) complaints.
Conduct weekly 5s activity to upkept and clean the Blowroom machine area with no more than 2 complaints.
Attend the weekly flag-raising ceremonies every Monday no later than 08:00 AM, with no more than 2 complaints.
Attend the weekly flag-lowering ceremonies every Friday no later than 3:45 PM, with no more than 2 complaints.
Compliant to perform other related activities relevant to the project by the end of the quarter with no more than 2 complaints.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Performance Evaluation Rating in the last 2 rating periods or its equivalent, (if any);
Photocopy of Training Certificates;
NBI Clearance (if not available, submit the online booking slip if recommended to the
position);
Medical Certificate (if applicant is recommended to the position).
