Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and facilitate the production of yarns in RYPIC Isabela by the end of the quarter, with not more than two (2) complaints.
  2. Oversee and facilitate the preventive maintenance activities for all spinning equipment of RYPIC Isabela by the end of the quarter, with not more than two (2) complaints.
  3. Conduct of inventory monitoring of the produced yarns at RYPIC Ilocos by the end of the quarter, with not more than two (2) complaints.
  4. 100% of facilitating the submission of weekly production report of RYPIC with not more than two (2) revisions.
  5. Maintain the cleanliness of the RYPIC in accordance with 5S policy of ISO 9001:2015;
  6. Attend weekly flag raising and lowering ceremonies as scheduled; and
  7. Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements

  4. Authenticated/certified true copy of eligibility/ratings/license;
  5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records & Diploma;
  6. Performance Evaluation Rating in the last 2 rating periods or its equivalent, (if any);
  7. Photocopy of Training Certificates;
  8. NBI Clearance (if not available, submit the online booking slip if recommended to the position);
  9. Medical Certificate (if applicant is recommended to the position).
